Refund Policy

Any refund is reviewed only after an eligible return or order issue has been approved.

When a refund may apply

A refund may be considered for an approved return or a confirmed incorrect, damaged or defective item. Refunds are not automatic and depend on review of the circumstances and item condition.

Request and review

Email yogifabriics@gmail.com with your order reference, reason for the request and supporting photographs where relevant. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending an item.

Cash on Delivery orders

For an approved refund on a Cash on Delivery order, we will contact you by email to arrange a suitable refund method and any details needed. Processing begins after the returned item, where applicable, has been received and inspected. Timing can vary.

Not refundable

Used, washed, altered or damaged-after-delivery items, unapproved returns, delivery delays, and a change of mind may not qualify for a refund. Any non-refundable delivery or handling charges will be explained during review.
