Return & Cancellation Policy
Please check your order on arrival and contact us promptly if something is not right.
Eligible concerns
Contact us if an item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective. Size-related concerns may be reviewed case by case and depend on the item and availability; a size issue alone does not guarantee a return or exchange.
Item condition
Items considered for return should be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and original packaging intact. Items showing wear, alteration, damage after delivery or missing tags may not qualify.
How to request help
Email yogifabriics@gmail.com with your order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. Wait for instructions before sending an item back. Return requests are assessed individually.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. A request cannot be guaranteed once an order has been prepared or handed to a delivery provider.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate order details and package an approved return securely. Shipping arrangements and costs will be explained when a request is reviewed. Items not approved for return may be sent back.
Non-returnable items
Used, washed, altered or incomplete items, and requests outside the applicable review period communicated by email, may not be accepted. Contact yogifabriics@gmail.com for assistance.
